On-tap. Shaker glass. Enjoyed at II Fira de Poblenou, Barcelona, on jul´13. Brass color, clear appearance. White froth, close crown with good retention. Mild toasted malt & floral aromas, hints of herbs & fruit. Moderate toasted malt rounded by herbal notes is shaked by increasing bitterness. Medium body. Moderate to high carbonation. Resins in the middle, subtle spicy, grape & grapefruit astringency remain into a long bitter –piney & resiny- finish. Citric zest –orange & grapefruit- on the aftertaste. Nice drinkability. Refreshing.
