From a can dated 12/09/2021. From the TH Instagram post: “ DDH HopHands is Our Double Dry Hopped American Pale Ale brewed with malted oats, and hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial and Amarillo, then secondarily dry hopped with a HUGE amount of Nelson Sauvin… Hazy, juicy, and oh-so-CRUSHABLE. Our precious Pale Ale, now precious-er. 5.5% ABV. Notes of fresh pressed grape, eucalyptus and Painkiller (the cocktail… but also paired with the epic Judas Priest album).” Delicious, lots of flavor, relatively bitter finish.

First had: cask at TH
8oz. pour, bright magenta color, with a thin head of white bubbles that faded to a ringlet. Clean aroma full of citrus rind, notes of unripe pineapple and mango, slightly floral. Crisp, clean taste, citrus oils, fresh grass, a good floral kick (as hibiscus tends to go a long way, and I mean that in a good way), with a touch of strawberry; cinnamon was barely noticeable, but lent a subtle earthy character. Smooth, soft mouthfeel, light-medium body, easily drinkable. Pleasant.
