Had this on 2014-04-19 in Ardmore at the brewery (from tasting notes).
A - Hazy dirty yellow with no head
S - Light stone fruit, citrus, pale malt
T - Wheat, grapefruit flesh, floral, grass. Puckers you up. Delicious.
M - Light body and carbonation. Refreshing
O - A very grapefruit flesh influenced Berliner Weiss but reigned in enough that my wife enjoyed what I brought home for her and she doesn't like bitter beers.

Big thanks to eagles22 tor sharing this growler with me. Poured into a tulip, the brew appears a hazy pale yellow to copper color with a white cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
The smell is lemony with fresh grain and wheat-like sweetness overtop citrus zest. It displays almost a cidery hint that comes out more as it warms.
The taste includes notes of citrus fruit peel and zest. Some lemony lacto tartness, yogurt and a little yeasty, earthy and grainy sweetness to finish. Mild vinous alcohol emerges as it warms and gets a touch like cider as previously mentioned.
This is a light bodied brew with modest carbonation. Nice and easy drinking but not really a standout in the style. These past couple of berliners have been working towards greatness but they just arnt there yet. Looking forward to seeing what they try next.

From 04/12/14 notes. On tap at the brewpub in Ardmore, PA.
a - Pours a pale yellow color with no head or carbonation evident. Doesn't look great.
s - Smells of sour fruits, lemon zest, grapefruit, honey, grass, floral hops, salt, and bready malts. Nice nose, reminds me of a berliner.
t - Tastes of sour lemonx, citrus hops, lemon zest, salt, floral hops, light sour fruity malts, bready malts, grass, earthy notes, and dough. Interesting taste with a little more sour lemons and salt to it...it really reminds me or a berliner and gose hybrid.
m - Light body and moderate carbonation. Much more carbonated than it looked. Crisp and dry.
o - Overall a pretty nice and interesting beer; I see it was listed here as a berliner which sounds about right to me...it was lighted as a sour on their menu. Really reminds me of a berliner-gose as I got some salt to it too. Worth checking out if you like light sours/berliners.

On tap at TH.
Pale, golden-yellow pour, with a thin, bubbly, white head that fizzled out quickly, leaving no lacing behind. Not abnormal for the style. In the nose, lemon zest, toasted wheat, some grassy funk. Decent sour twinge in the taste, lemony, grainy, some sulfur, dry grass. A light bodied brew with a moderately high carbonation level. Nicely drinkable overall.

32oz growler poured into a wine glass
Appearance: Pours a dark yellow color with less than a finger of a white head that dissipates quickly to a thin ring. Body is very hazy.
Smell: Big natural honey aroma, lemon, grain, citrus, floral.
Taste: Grapefruit, lemon acidity, slight grassiness. Medium strength clean sourness, but not mouth puckering.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with medium fine carbonation. Dry finish. Super refreshing.
Overall: Another good one from Tired Hands. Probably my favorite of their sour ales I've tried. This is an awesome session beer for the warmer months.
