TacoHands - Tired Hands feat. Cellarmaker
Culinary IPA - 7.2% abv
Canned 5/3/18 (24 days ago)
L - 3-finger dense bright white head atop a pale peach body.
S - cilantro, lime, pine. Very unusual nose.
T - sweet lime to start. Spicy middle. Getting cilantro and black pepper the most, followed by anise, salt, a little hot pepper, mild chili powder. A lot going on here! Low bitterness, medium sweetness, low booziness.
F - medium-light body with moderate carbonation.
O - a good choice for a humid afternoon. Very weird though.

Dark lemon yellow in color with a hazy, alightly milky, unfiltered appearance. Kind of light a lemon creamsicle if there were such a thing. Poured with a moderate, soapy, bright white foam with moderate retention. Sweet and citrussy aromas, lemon heads candy and orange zest. Very fresh. Medium malt aroma. Medium bodied with soft, medium carbonation. Light smoothness peaks through the carbonation followes by pleasant warmth toward the end. Medium malt flavors with cittussy hop flavors on the edges. Lemon and orange zest followed by medium peppery hop bitterness through the middle. Citrus orange and sweet malt from the middle to the end. Finishes semi-dryly with brief bitter lemon hop and orange zest notes. Appearance was unique. Medium carbonation was very pleasant. Flavors were very fresh and had a lot of character. Bitterness was subdued making this very quaffable.
