IPA brewed with PA wildflower honey. Transcendentally hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe. We really love this recipe and you can expect to see this beer pop up again in the near future (perhaps regularly at a newer/larger brewery soon...)

From a 16oz can dated 8/11/2020. This is a new DIPA version of Psychic Damage. From the TH Instagram post: “ Psychic Damage is our Psychically Damaged Double IPA brewed with a hefty amount of both flaked and malted oats, and hopped heavily in the whirlpool with New Zealand Cascade and Motueka. Dry hopped aggressively with a melange of hops we adore, but seldom explore, including Enigma and Vic Secret from Australia, and Idaho 7 from the Northwestern US. Notes of champagne mango, barely ripe pineapple, Mandarin zest, and that herbaceous dank stuff to keep your mind at ease. 8.3% abv.“. Nice brew.

Growler to go from TH.
"Brewed with oats and Pa wildflower honey. Transcendentally hopped with Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe."
Poured into a TH teku, a bright golden-orange color with a small white head that retained as a small ringlet, leaving dots of lacing on the glass. Fairly dank aroma, notes of lemon and grapefruit, some pine resin, a little bit soapy, but not in a bad way. Citrus and tropical hops in the taste, pine, candied lemon zest, distant biscuity malts; the "soapiness" from the aroma translated into a somewhat solvent-like alcohol flavor on the palate, making this drink almost like a DIPA. Medium body, dank, moderate and lasting bitterness. A good IPA overall.
