Cask offering at TH.
Pale yellow-orange color, cloudy, with a few stray bubbles on top; no real lacing or retention to note. Nothing unusual for a beer that had been in the cask for a few days. Aroma of herbal hops and chewy malts, light berry essence. Taste was very mellow, the typical grassy/citrus hop notes of the base beer, more herbal qualities coming out from the dry hop, and a slight onion presence, pale malts, chewy gooseberry flavors in the background. Lighter body, lower carb. Decent overall, but personally I think HH shines more when it is served fresh and cold. The cask always gives it a nice and unique twist, but my preference always tends to shift back to the original.
