Brewed in collaboration with our good friend, brewer, and fellow Twin Peaks admirer, Ben Potts.
Ben and Jean conceived of Bob via Agent Coopers' deductive rock throwing method (see http://www.tiredhands.com/2014/06/bob.html for more information). Bob is brewed with oats, spelt, D2 syrup, fennel pollen, and cardamom. Conditioned on heaps of local cherries. Well hopped with Simcoe and Columbus.

Served on-tap at the pub.
A - Pours hazy amber orange with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving thin sheets of lace on the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of earthy spices, tart cherries, pine resin, fruit rind and backing mildly toasted malt.
T - Starts off with the toasted malt and cherries quickly being joined by the pine, fruit zest, spices and earthy must. Finish is tart and dry, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Chewy, fruity feel with a bit of dryness.
O - Definitely a strange beer. It has some interesting flavors for sure but I am not sure they all go together. Nice to try but on to the next one.
