Cask at TH.
Typical stouty appearance, dark brown-black, with a nice creamy layer of tan head that retained well and laced the glass. Temperature was still fairly cool/cellar, bordering on lukewarm. Thin aroma, coffee and dark roasty malts, mineral. Taste was pretty similar to the regular on-tap version, dark malts, moderate roast, a decent amount of fresh ground coffee, but not overblown, mineral notes and a weird solventy flavor that unfortunately seems to pervade all TH stouts. No cherry whatsoever. Body was medium, mouthfeel was thinned out, carbonation was still moderate even after being in the cask a couple days. Overall, just...meh.
