Another cuvee from Tired Hands, made up of some unknown leftovers, described as a mix of saison, biere de garde, and oud bruin. So I'll go out on a limb and say maybe there was Woodlahands and some old Circumambulation in here? I don't know, just guessing.
Honey brown pour, cloudy, with a small collar of bubbles; minimal lacing. Bready aroma, herbal, peppery spice, and an almost rye-like quality. Taste was lightly tart up front, notes of stone fruit, giving way to a crisp, dry leafiness, toasted bread, with a decent dose of black peppercorn. Pretty good. Light-medium body, straightforward crisp mouthfeel, easy drinkability overall.
