thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this growler, enjoyed on New Year's Eve in a sampler sized glass filled several times.
The color is dark brown with head that is light tan and collapses to a ring of bubbles. The smell is very malt oriented with lots of sweet and caramel notes with light toasted grain and a mild vanilla cream quality. The feel is good with moderately sweet presence and medium body with gentle carbonation and semi-dry finish.
The taste is very malty with some caramel flavor and light roast component with slight creamy quality gently nutty with caramel notes adding to the slight coffee-like flavor of the malt very nice and enjoyable stout -was easy to drink yet nicely flavored

Roasty coffee flavor is nice, but very little carbonation or mouthfeel and quite thin. Reminds me of drinking iced coffee, which is not what I had hoped for or expected.
