Strong Sour ale. Brewed with lots of wheat. Soured with lactobacillus and fermented dry with our house ale yeast. Kind of like an Imperial Berliner Weisse.

32oz growler into a wine glass
Appearance: Pours a dark yellow with 1 finger of white head that dissipates instantly. Body is extremely hazy but still translucent.
Smell: Ripe melon, pineapple, grain, lemon, honey.
Taste: Basically same as the aroma. Sweet melon, tropical fruit, grain and a bit of a white grape character. Sourness is very low.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and a bit thin with low/medium carbonation. Finishes mostly dry.
Overall: Not one of Tired Hands' better berliners, but still pretty good.
