Sour Ale (think imperial Berliner Weisse...) conditioned utop a copious amount of whole rose heads and red raspberries. Pungent, pretty and so crushable. 6.8% ABV.

32 oz growler into a teku
Appearance: Pours a dark pink with 1 finger of white head that dissipates to a thin collar. Body is very hazy with light visible carbonation. Looks a lot like ruby red grapefruit juice.
Smell: Fresh grain, lightly floral, sweet cherries.
Taste: Raspberries, grain, clean mild sourness, light floral character in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light and crisp with medium fine carbonation. Finishes mostly dry.
Overall: Like most of their other Berliners, this isn't mind blowing, but still good. Rose and raspberries are subtle but noticeable. Worth trying if you get the chance.
