A- A slightly hazy dark straw color with a two finger white head.
S- Some lemons, elderberries, some earthy tea, tart, hints of cereal grains.
T- Sour, lemons, elderberries, earthy, hint of tea, lacto in the finish.
M- Light body, high carbonation
O- A nice Berliner Weissbier, nice balance. Would be a great summer beer
