Mosaic IPA fermented with lactobacillus and our house ale yeast. Hopped exclusively with Mosaic. Very bright with pungent notes of cucumber, tangerine, and blueberry!

32 oz growler into a teku
Appearance: Pours a bright yellow with a finger of a white head that settles to a medium ring and light patchy lacing. Body is hazy.
Smell: Orange, nectarine, white grape and mildly dank.
Taste: Pretty similar to the aroma. Orange marmalade, white grape, tropical fruit, fresh grain. Super juicy and lightly tart, but doesn't venture into actual sourness.
Mouthfeel: Light/medium with typical Tired Hands low/medium carbonation. Semi dry finish. Very refreshing and drinkable.
Overall: Really good and really interesting beer. It's basically tart hop juice. I'd recommend for someone who likes hop flavors and aroma but without the typical accompanying bitterness. Super crushable too.
