Growler. Pale, yellow body. Small white head, ample lacing. Aromas of...celery! What?!? Celery juice saison. Creative, unique, delicious.

32oz growler into a teku
Appearance: Pours a murky yellow color with about a finger of white head that dissipates to nothing almost instantly. Body is extremely hazy and barely translucent.
Smell: Celery, brine, mild lacto character and wheat.
Taste: Similar to the aroma. Fresh celery, mild sourness, briney, grain.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with light prickly carbonation.
Overall: Pretty good. Celery flavor is really refreshing, but I think might have worked better as a Berliner than a gose.
