thanks to tenderbranson69 for sharing this, poured from the growler in a tumbler chilled.
The color is pale golden with light haze and quick dissipating head of white. The smell is light with malt and slight tart scent with a gentle herbal smell and light earthy aroma with slight lemony lactic odor. The feel has a lactic tang with medium low carbonation with light body and earthy malt with good spice accents the mild feel ends dry and tangy.
The taste is pretty similar to the way it smells with earthy malt flavor with spice and light tangy lemony gentle wheat flavor with slight herbal flavor from the tarragon with creamy and toasted wheat quality with light peppery accent and smooth vanilla into the finish. Overall a drinkable light sour wheat very nice spice balance with the oyster adding depth yet not much flavor, more texture.

32oz growler into a Willibecher pint
Appearance: Pale yellow with a finger of white head that fizzles away instantly. Body is lightly hazy with light visible carbonation.
Smell: Lemons, brine, vanilla and a slight spicy cinnamon type thing.
Taste: Low/medium clean sourness, fresh grain, vanilla, very slight herbal character. There's a mild brine character as well but not as noticeable as in the smell.
Mouthful: Light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall: Another good, interesting sour from Tired Hands. The oyster shells contribute slightly to the overall character, but it's the addition of the vanilla beans that are most noticeable. Worth trying if you get the chance.

One of the weirdest beers I have tried, but it works. Tart lemons, sea air, great vanilla finish. Hard to find the word to discribe this one
