Crushable Summer Bier. Fermented at cool temperatures with our house ale yeast. Dry hopped intensely with Amarillo. Is it an ale? It is a lager? Whatever....It's crushable and that's all that matters.

Draught @ Monks: This one pours a clear, light golden color. There is a frothy white head that leaves some lacing. It has a good nose. Spicy, earthy, wheat and other notes. The taste is very good. Somewhat dry, wheat, subdued spice, a hint of citrus. Nice.

Simple, calm, flavorful. I usually prefer their cloudier IPAs but this was a crisp change of pace.

I enjoyed this from the growler chilled in a stange
The color is golden with a thick white cap, clarity is transparent. The smell is light green apple with a slight spice and mild floral/herbal aroma with slight sweet malt aroma and mild citrus. The feel has a texture that is moderately bitter with dry maltiness and light spice with low sweetness and subtle yeast creaminess with gentle resinous body and dry light finish.
The flavor of sweet grass and lemony herbal hop elements with a slight spice character and light yeast in the flavor with a tangy quality which is in harmony with the mild malt and adds to the subtle hop spice with woody taste and light apple accent with slight chalky and nutty tste in the finish with tangy element of yeast lingering. Overall a very solid summery brew-nicely balanced with great drinkability and noblet-type flavor

Golden color but a tad darker than a typical APA. A light hop aroma but nothing like a good IPA. The taste is delicious - extremely light, but a light amount of hoppiness, nothing heavy. Slightly thicker mouthfeel. Extremely tasty and a great summer beer at 5%. Closest comparison in my experience is Space Station Middle Finger, but at a lower ABV.
