Bière de Garde. Brewed with Vienna and Rye malts. Hopped exclusively with Tettnanger during a 2.5 hour long boil (that’s pretty long!). Primary fermented with lager yeast, then secondary fermented with our house Emptiness culture. Blended with a portion of mature, barrel fermented beer.
