IPA spiced with white sage. Hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin. Herbaceous, weedy, and invigorating.

First of all, I love the look. Golden orange turbidity. Smell is spicy and sweet. Spicy Nelson hops. Sage is present but blends nicely.

32 oz growler. Cloudy golden body with a big white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of (big) sage, citrus and grassy hops. Flavor is dominated by the sage. A bit too much for me. The hops are fighting the good fight, but all I can taste midway through the finish is sage.

On tap at THBC.
Opaque yellowish pour, dense white cap on top. Juicy hops in the aroma, some spicy sage notes, but mostly just fruit juice. Citrus and mango in the taste, sage and lemongrass spice coming in as an afterthought. Texture was silky and almost creamy, like whipped cream, which I thought was a little odd, but it still worked. Almost seemed like there was lactose in this, though I don't think there was. Very good overall.
