Our Oak aged Autumnal ale, for in-house enjoyment only. Rust & Decay was brewed seven months ago and enjoyed an extended fermentation in VERY nice Bourbon barrels with our house microflora. R&D was constructed with a plethora of specialty malts and will help keep you warm as the weather gets colder.

500 ml bottle, consumed at the Fermentaria. Murky brown/maroon colored body with a small tan head. A bit of lacing and a thin retention collar. Aromas of oak, funk, berry fruit, roasted malts and brown sugar. Flavor is malt and funk up front, a bit of oak/vanilla and then a semi-sweet fruity finish.
