Gose brewed with 50% whit wheat and sea salt. Conditioned atop heavy amounts of watermelon puree and then dry hopped with Equinox, Motueka, and an experimental hop from our pals at @hopsteiner.

All things "yes" here. Cloudy pale yellow, with a medium white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma was peppy, grassy, leafy, fruity, organic. Clean fresh watermelon in the taste, with a tiny Jolly Rancher chaser on the end, complimentary saline, and notes of fresh-cut grass. Super crisp and refreshing, light-bodied and super drinkability. I'd imagine this to be a great lawnmower beer, but also works great for the last lingering warm-ish days of fall. Picked up a growler, and might go back for another if it lasts.
