Cask offering at the brewpub.
Typically good appearance. Hoppy aroma, notes of earth and grass. Notably more bitter in the taste than your usual HopHands, with a definite earthy/umami element from the persimmons in there. Not a favorite fruit of mine, but there was nothing unexpected in this cask, and if you like persimmons, then this was fine. Easy drinkability for the style, though again, more bitter than usual.
