IPA brewed with Vienna malt. Conditioned on heaps of house-toasted coconut and a dash of yellow Madras curry spice, and then dry hopped heavily with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. Abundantly tropical with a hint of India in the finish for this unseasonably warm weather!

Pours a crisp light yellow with a thin white head. Smells of orange, pineapple, lemon, and slight curry spice. The curry is noticeable on the palate but not overwhelming. Could maybe use a little more of the coconut to balance it out. This is an interesting one. The curry works better than expected but could be offset more by some coconut sweetness.

Nicely hopped with nelson sauvin. Growler from the brewery only a few days old. Beautifully carbonated. A bit like a saison with understated Thai curry and coconut.
