A Single Hop IPA. Brewed with Spelt. Hopped singularly and intensely with Equinox. 6.2%. Hazy, fruity, and extremely enjoyable. A beer to be consumed time and time again.

I had the version they were serving on the day Milkshake Lychee/passionfruit was released -this was with simcoe and pineapple
The color is a pale golden with moderate haze with thick white head. The smell is fragrant with Simcoe very odiferous in the nose. The feel is very good with resinous body and medium high carbonation with mild bitterness and lively yet dry finish.
The taste is great with a substantial amount of distinct flavor of Simcoe from the dry hops. The pineapple adds a fruity flavor that is supplementary. Overall I loved this -one of the best IPA's I have had from Tired Hands recently.
