Blueberry Imperial Stout brewed with a plethora of specialty malts. Ever so gently hopped with Chinook then conditioned extensively with Madagascar vanilla beans, graham crackers, and blueberry purée.

Sampled at CBC 2016 - second day. Dark ruby brown with a thin head. Notes of sweet dried fruit, some caramel and subtle vanilla.

thanks to my brother for sharing this with me, enjoyed in a goblet from a growler.
The color is almost black with a pale cream head with blue hue. The smell is faintly fruity with a sweet aroma and mild roast aroma with caramel and berry accent. The feel has a roast texture with mild carbonation slightly tart berry element with moderate sweetness and moderate alcohol taste with a drying almost astringent finish.
The taste id moderately malty with lightly fruity flavor and medium sweet taste with slight nutty roast flavor and light astringent/tannic aspect with medium high alcohol in the taste with a very dry tangy finish. Overall this is a fruity stout with nice amount of roast in the flavor but has a slight yeast astringency I am not fond of and has a sweetness to go with making for a sort of sweet/sour berry stout
