Double IPA brewed with rye. Hopped intensely with Mosaic, Lemon Drop, and Amarillo for a tremendously expressive profile.

I tried this on tap at the brew café served in a stemmed tulip.
The color is golden with mild haze and thick white head with fine bead. The smell is citrus from hops with a mild floral aroma. The feel is spritzy and zesty with low malt flavor and medium bitterness with light alcohol in the semi-dry finish.
The taste is good with a mild citrus zest flavor with subtle malt backing and gentle alcohol with a hint of yeast flavor adding to the lemony rind-like quality. This is a very good strong pale which does not have much alcohol in the taste for the strength -very buoyant with lemon drop adding a lively taste to the mix
