Experimental IPA brewed with spelt and oats. Hopped exclusively and aggressively with experimental hop #06297 from the Yakima Valley.

Very pale, very hazy pale straw body with a soapy bone-white head. Aroma is big and juicy with pineapple and herbal grass. Flavor is very bitter all the way through, with tons of underripe pineapple and sweet orange and fresh grass. Feel is light bodied, slightly sticky, medium carbonation. Another well put together IPA with a very unique and strange hop variety.

Poured from a 32 oz growler into a snifter.
L - Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly, leaving a slight lacing on the glass.
S - Smells of citrus.
T - Tastes of lemon with some peach on the end.
F - Dry with medium carbonation. A little citrus bite at the end.
O - Very enjoyable IPA.
