Viscous light pinkish berry colored with purple hues and a faint pink head. Floaties are present and the lacing is decent. Notes of fresh picked blackberry, vanilla, light cream, citrus pulp, and tart berry salad. Borderline full feel, creamy, very crushable and a touch dry. I mean, it's a different IPA but it's amazing in its uniqueness.

Pour is a lot less milkshake than passion fruit, which is the other milkshake variant I had. Less of a creamy pour. Dark orange hue, sticky lacing with plenty sediment. Nose is very tropical. Pinneapple, mango, melon. Taste follows the nose well, with slight hints of blackberry, more melon and pinneapple foward with some honey/nectarine profile as it warms. Very subtle hop bite in the back end.

would have ranked much higher, as it was great immediately after canning. After 2 weeks, it started to separate and look like a snow globe when poured.

Another Milkshake IPA variant!
Pours out a very turbid/hazy pinkish type of purple with an off-white head.
Aroma actually has blackberry notes mixed with sweet vanilla and followed up by a very tropical/citrus vibe coming from the Citra/Mosaic combo of hops. Smells very nice.
Taste upfront is lots of blackberry with creamy, sweet vanilla and then that transitions into sweet orange/tangerine, grapefruit, passionfruit, peach, pineapple and apricot before finishing with a tart blackberry and sweet vanilla note. Really tastes like a blackberry milkshake essentially.
Medium bodied with a super creamy, silky mouthfeel.
Overall, this beer sets out to do exactly what it's meant to do! It's a very fun, unique take on the IPA style and it works! Won't be for everyone though.
