Finnish Sahti inspired ale brewed with rye and oats. Lautered in the traditional method of lining the mash tun with local juniper branches. Fermented entirely with two unique strains of Brettanomyces. Mind bending and intriguingly quaffable.

Very good, fresh tasting. Would definitely drink again and would sell well at the course.

thanks Tim for sharing this growler, enjoyed chilled in a willybecker
The color is very pale with white head and visible carbonation. The smell is very fruity with wild yeast scent that is tropical with scents of citrus and pineapple. The feel is mostly dry with some earthy elements in the middle with a subtle amount of spice/woodiness with dry finish and medium carbonation.
This is unlike any sahti I have tried in that the brett strains are the most prominent flavor which seem to give a dry quality to the malt and promote more of an earthy taste with low bitterness overall slight malt but not sweet and not exceptionally wild in the taste from the brett either -crisp and refreshing. This is as I mentioned unique and enjoyable -worth trying if you like the style. It comes off almost session-like in that it has a dry a brett dominated character.
