Experimental IPA brewed with oats and spelt. Hopped intensely and singularly with yet another experimental hop, #09328 from the Yakima Valley.

Extremely cloudy pale peach colored body with a thin, soapy bone white head on top. Aroma is big on tree fruits (peaches and pears), hints of citrus zest and soapy fresh grass. Much more citrus on the flavor, with some orange zest, some zest and the tree fruits all coming through. Feel is creamy, medium carbonation with a lingering bitterness. A really interesting hop variety and well put together.
