A Keller Czech Pilsner brewed exclusively with German Pilsner malt. Hopped deliberately and singularly with the noble Saaz hop.

On tap at the brewery.
Pours a lightly foggy golden orange color with a nice frothy white head. Pretty good lacing.
The aroma is very light. Slightly doughy with a touch of spicy hops.
The flavor follows the nose. Lots of sweet bread with a mild hop bite. Pretty earthy finish.
The feel is medium-light bodied with good carbonation. Very crisp and very refreshing. Slightly dry finish.
Overall, a fine beer. It's extremely drinkable and refreshing. Not a lot going on but what's there is good.

Served in a clay krug, thanks to Thomas & Jenny!
Creamy head of foam, hazy golden orange color. Halo of lacing around the rim of the glass.
Aroma is bready and yeasty, with a slight grassy noble hop note.
Mild taste, familiar bread and yeast notes from the aroma, dry grassy finish.
Supple and smooth feel, easy drinking and pleasant. Good stuff.
