Poured from a tap at TJ's in Paoli PA. into a nonic pint glass.
A: Ok, this is really weird. The color is literally a grayish blue that is super hazy (of course). Not much glass lacing and a one finger grayish white head.
S: Citrus fruit, floral, some bready notes and some sugar or candy sweetness. Interesting.
T: Well it tastes better than it looks. Lots of citrus hops coupled with a large amounts of floral and herbal hop flavors. The malt is pretty prevelant that leads to some finishing sweetness coupled with the fruity hops. Very light tasting but the sweetness lingers with a smooth finish. Not really sweet, but not really dry, middle of the road. Nice.
F: The oats make it creamy and easy drinking, some sweetness but the abv is very well hidden.
O: If you can get over the color, the beer is actually pretty good, I really enjoyed it. I'll say I have not had a Tired Hands beer that I have not enjoyed and this one followed suit. If you get to try it, I recommend it.
