Negative Knuckle is a riff on one of our favorite IPAs, Extra Knuckle. Rather than go all Mosaic on this batch we mixed it up with a whole lot of Motueka, Equinox, and Amarillo.

Very hazy golden honey color, small white head and spotty lacing. Aromas are soft. Notes of tropical fruit medley, dank, light grass, sweet bread and pine needle. Very drinkable, lighter end of medium body, soft, lightly creamy and somewhat dry. Another solid IPA. It's not upper tier but as is the case with them, always a solid and unique brew.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass.
Pours golden hazy body with a 2 finger white head that reduces slowly to leave lacing and good retention.
Aromas are kind of weird, grassy and earthy. On the tongue are soapy hops and a lingering bitterness, sitting on a light toasty malt backbone.
Interesting beer, not sure I'd buy it if given the chance
