Three months ago we brewed two beers in one day with our great friend, Ron Jeffries from Jolly Pumpkin. We wanted to get weird with our Café brew but still stay on the "super refreshing" end of the spectrum. Given Ron's illustrious history of mixed-fermentation, we decided to brew a Gose... Constructed with 50% Pilsner malt and 50% unmated white wheat. Hopped lightly with Motueka. Spiced with salted and roasted ants. Fermented for three months with our Emptiness yeast culture. Bright and incredibly zippy with a quenching salinity, the perfect quaffer for this long heat spell we're currently going through!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
