Strawberry/Rosemary Double IPA brewed with oats, wheat, and Vienna malt. Heavily hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Hellertau Blanc. Conditioned with over 100 lbs of fresh strawberries grown by our pal Ben Wenk of @3springsfruit in Adams County Pennsylvania.

Draught pour at their Beer Cafe into a flute. Pours a hazy bronze amber with a finger of white high density head that left ringed lacing. Nose is mucho berries, strawberry at the lead, other tropical attributes follow, rosemary showed as it warmed. Very enjoyable. Taste had more balance between the strawberry and rosemary, but the rosemary definitely lingered on the finish. Kinda hung out by itself after the other attributes faded. Mouthfeel was thinner for a DIPA, and carbonation was fine. Interesting for sure, not sure I'd revisit and definitely wouldn't drink more than 1 in a sitting.
