Tired Hands Brewing Co. "Cheryl"
on tap at the Fermentaria on 09/03/16
$4.50 / 8 oz.
Notes: Typical witbier appearance. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of coriander and citrus, plus a little wood. The oak comes through much clearer in the flavor and saves it from becoming simply another wit. Dry finish with residual spice and woodiness.
