thanks to my brother for sharing this -poured chilled from the growler In a goblet.
The color is a golden shade with mildly hazy appearance and frothy white head with lace that clings with small bead. The smell is fruity and has alight vegetal scent but also somewhat sweet smelling. The feel is semi-sweet with very light bitterness and moderate alcohol in the feel with a somewhat sweet finish yet subtly spiced.
The taste is good with a lightly fruity and vegetal taste in the hop with mild citrus and light mango-like element with a malt that is on the sweet side with a slight alcohol rounding out the taste with residual malt flavor and alcohol in the semi-bitter finish. This is a good beer, I just expected more hop for a double IPA the blend sounds interesting and the taste is good but the alcohol is noticeable
