IPA conditioned on local Concord grapes & lime balm, hopped aggressively with Motueka & Hallertau Blanc.

Cloudy pink-and-purple-hued orange color with a finger of thick bright white head that leaves rings of lacing.
Grape forward aroma. White grape, honey, slight pineapple and slight lime rind in the taste with just enough malt balance. Very little bitterness, but not sweet, either.
Light, pillowy mouthfeel with a touch of prickliness and touch of creamy heft. This is delicious.
