Brewed with spelt. Fermented with our house ale yeast and a very expressive strain of Brettanomyces. Hopped singularly and intensely with Simcoe. Brewed in collaboration with @halfacrebeer at our #BrewCafé.

Had on-tap at the brewpub in Ardmore. Poured into an 8 oz pint glass.
L: Hazy light golden pour. Thick foamy head leaves great lacing.
S: Mild hops... bread yeast, and a dash of funk and citrus.
T/F: Malty and yeasty for an IPA... somewhat subdued tropical fruit hop profile... citrus and lemon zest. The brett isn't terribly strong... just adds a dash of extra tart at the finish. Complex, juicy, and delicious. Medium in body and well carbonated.
O: Another experimental IPA that seems to follow Tired Hands style. Juicy and delicious.. not overly bitter... one I'd drink any time.

From a growler. Pours a cloudy, golden yellow with a modest head. In appearance, not unlike other TH IPAs. Citrus notes on the nose and palate with a tangy, rather than an intensely bitter finish (from the Brett, I suppose?). Another creative beer from TH and, in this case, Half Acre. Delicious.
