This Weird India Black Ale was brewed with black wheat and roasted taro root in the mash, and dried bilberries and rosebuds in the kettle. Dry hopped with Motueka, Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook. 4.8%"
Pours an opaque bark brown with a tall, off-white head. Notes of chocolate and coffee, with an earthy, mushroom, forest floor kind of savory taste. Unusual flavor combination with usual bitterness on the finish. Another fun experiment from the very creative TH team.
