Had on cask at the Brewpub in Ardmore. Poured into an 8 oz flute.
L: Pours a hazy medium golden color. Thick foamy head leaves great lacing.
S: Hoppy... tropical fruits and yeast. A bit of pine.
T/F: Rather bready and yeasty... and very mild on the hop profile. Some definite citrus and evergreen notes but the hops were not nearly as dominant as expected. A tasty beer... just not at all what I was expecting. Super creamy from being on cask. Spot-on carbonation.
O: Not a bad beer... good flavor, but at the same time not really an IPA. The cask adds some great smoothness but the hop profile was disappointing. Glad I tried it, but was also happy to move on down the beer list for the next pour.
