Hoppy Vienna Lager. Hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin. I knew you wouldn't expect us a Vienna Lager with Monkish, so we did. Consider this a baby step in understanding that the beer world is bigger than just a few select styles. Ego Deflator is exceedingly clean and crisp and features a really cool interplay between the bready Vienna malts and stinky tropical Nelson notes.

The beer comes in a deep gold to pale amber color.
The beer offers a soft chewy bready quality, bit of grainy malts, clean, spicy and herbal lingering medium minus to medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is pillowy with the medium mouthfeel.
Not quite sure if this is meant to actually be brewed to style of Vienna Lager.
