Oak Fermented IPA brewed with oats. Open fermented in our newly fashioned red wine oak puncheons. Hopped intensely with Galaxy, Cascade and Centennial. Double Dry-Hopped with Huell Melon.

From a 32oz growler filled yesterday at TH. Pours a translucent, slightly amber yellow with a small, dissapating head. From the TH description: "Notes of dried mango, marsh mallow, naval oranges, and white grape." Certainly citrus on the nose and palate, with appropriate IPA bitterness. Maybe a slight oaky flavor in the background? Delicious in any event.
