IPA brewed rye, oats, and oysters. Yes, that's right. Brewed with a late kettle addition of 150lbs of whole Sunflower Island oysters from our good pals at @brigantineoysterco. Conditioned on a generous helping of Mandarin orange purée, then dry hopped with Citra, Ekuanot and Crystal.

Nice Golden Yellow color with extreme haze and a nice head to it. Nice fresh hoppy smell with hints of citrus. Has a sweet taste from the orange and a slight tang from the oysters and a nice hop finish. It has a g reat full bodied feel to it. This is a very smooth IPA and definitely a successful science experiment in my opinion. Great IPA beer from the constantly improving Tired Hands Brewing Company.

From draft at TH. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a light head. Wonderful citrus aromatics on the nose. Nice hoppy bitterness on the palate and, maybe, some briney sea flavor on the finish. A fun experiment for sure.
