A blend of oak fermented beers from a dizzying array of wine and spirit barrels (~1.5 years in oak), balanced by a small portion of fresh, stainless fermented beer. Naturally carbonated in the keg by refermentation. Surrender to decay.

Brown with a reddish hue. Nice finger of creamy tan head. Leaves rings of lacing.
Vinegar, red wine and oak in the aroma. Carries to the taste. Tart and sour plum thrown into the mix. Touch of vanilla and herb in aftertaste.
Creamy mouthfeel with good carbonation.
Excellent beer. Like a creamy Flanders.
