Simcoe Pale Ale brewed with spelt and a bit of very light carmel malt. Hopped exclusively with our dear friend Simcoe. Delicate, zesty and tropical.

On tap at the brewery in mid-March. Review is from notes.
It's a simcoe IPA and it's pour is identical to "Equally as Transparent." It's got a lovely, fluffy head with a milkshakey body.
Its aroma is much more delicate and appetizing than that of the first beer: light oranges, honey, and some peat.
Tastes bright and nicely grainy. The hops are berries and citrus, but the tasty grainbill balances everything out wonderfully and more or less steals the show.

Delicious simcoe pale ale. Different from other hoppy TH beers because it doesn't taste cheesy. Not a fan of the cheesy hop.

Hazy New England style IPA look
smell is very light tropical aroma
tastes fruity with slight hop finish but very light and very smooth
tastes almost like a juice because of light carbonation
overall a good lightly tropical flavored pale ale
