Biére de Garde brewed with wheat, oats, and crystal malts. Hopped gently with Amarillo. Fermented in our open top oak fermenters.

Pours light amber-orange with minimal but persistent lacing.
Nose is saison-like. Lemon, yeastiness, and some cherry.
Taste is light but pretty awesomely complex. Lemon, cranberry, cherry, watermelon, a touch of hops and bread. Drinkable and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is on the light side of medium.
Overall, enjoyable.
