Persian Lime IPA imagined in collaboration with Matt from The Masonry in Seattle. Inspired by the heavy-handed cocktails enjoyed by the late American author. Brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and a touch of sea salt. Conditioned on Persian limes and kaffir lime leaf, then dry hopped with Crystal and Equinox.

Pleasant, but not outstanding. Even though it's a double, the wheat keeps it light. Heavy grapefruit, lime, and aromatics. Although heavily dryhopped? not a ton of aroma, Does linger like a good daiquiri should.

On tap at Fermentaria
Looks like every gorgeous TH IPA. Hazy yellow gold.
I get the lime, and it's not in a bad air freshener kind of way.
More lime, in complimentary way

From draft at TH. Pours a pale, hazy yellow. Lots of lime flavors on the nose and palate with pleasant hoppy bitterness and piney notes. Light on its feet. A nice interpretation of an off-beat IPA. From the tap list: "Notes of citrus leaves, ocean air, fresh green herbs, fir needles, and limeade."
