It pours hazy with a medium head. The beers clears up as it sits. The nose is of your typical wit with some vanilla and the slightest of funk. The taste is fairly sweet with some late acidity. Smooth mouthfeel.

From the tap list: "Witbier 5.0% Brewed with German pilsner malt and hopped lightly with Cascade. Spiced with freshly ground coriander, and a blend of sweet and bitter Seville orange peel. Fermented with a classic Belgian witbier yeast, as well as a strain of Brettanomyces we’ve been wrangling. Notes of white pepper, juicyfruit, floral wheat, hay, and bergamot." Delicious.
