Anniversary Milkshake IPA. A special birthday installment of our series of collaborations with our friends at Omnipollo in Stockholm. Brewed with oats, wheat, lactose sugar, and green apple puree, and fermented atop of celebratory puree of Yuzu, Calamansi, and pink grapefruit. Conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra.

Poured from a two week old growler fill at the Ferm left over from the Anniversary. Poured into a Tired Hands teku glass.
L: Super cloudy hazy light gold color with a nice two finger fluffy white head. Nice spotty glass lacing.
S: Loads of fresh citrus, lemon, lime, grapefruit mix with some sweeter notes of vanilla and graham cracker.
T: Loads of lemon and lime come out for me up front. They mix with some grapefruit, mandarin orange and a bit of fresh cut grass. Malt it typical milkshake with the vanilla and graham cracker which dries out and leads back to a lemon lime finish. Different, but really good shake as this one really focuses on the lemon/lime. Finish is bone dry.
F: Creamy, smooth and dry. It's a milshake so the mouthfeel is sublime.
O: Another quality shake that was a pleasant surprise. Different type name, but still a kick ass beer. Very , very good shake for the anniversary. Well Done.
